Key Performance Indicators

See your quality management performance in a single glance

Understand How Well you are Managing Quality with QualityKick's KPI Module

The KPI Module allows you to visualize how well you are managing quality in your organization. You can use a variety of visualizations such as bar charts and line charts to track how well you are managing document control, trainings, and deviations. The KPI module is intuitive to use and can give you the extra performance boost in quality management.

How we simplify Performance in an Intuitive Way

QualityKick’s KPI module makes quality management performance easier by allowing you to intuitively create your own reports and display results to the viewers in an easy-to-understand manner.

The KPI module overview provides you with a status of how each of your QualityKick Modules are doing in real-time.

You can see the status of your QualityKick modules such as Document Control, Training, Events, CAPAs, altogether on one screen. This provides you an overview of how you are managing quality in an intuitive and visual manner.

Bar Charts

Bar charts allow you to visualize your metrics in the form of vertical, rectangular bars for easy comprehension.

Bar charts, also known as column charts, are a great way to compare data in different categories. One axis shows the specific category being compared while the other axis shows a value with which the categories can be compared.

Trend Lines

Have a glimpse of the future by using historical data in your QualityKick system

All your data is stored in your QualityKick System and it would be advantageous to use that data to make trend lines. Trend lines are lines that use historical data to point to probable data points in the future. Make sure that you and your team are on the right path to top-notch quality management.

Pie Charts

Use pie charts to visualize the percentage of a category in relation to others.

A pie chart is a circular visual which divides categories into slices to illustrate numerical proportions. You could see how much quality management activity happens in one module as compared to others in just one simple glance.

Save Your Reports

Save your reports for future use and edit them whenever you have to

Some people want to see things in a particular way so the QualityKick KPI module allows you to save your generated KPI reports for future use. Switch from one KPI report to another and have the ability to edit them at any moment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below you can find answers to some of the questions many of our customers had,
but if you still have any doubts, please contact us!

What is a typical KPI report in QualityKick?

A typical KPI report in QualityKick could be a bar chart which shows the number of documents published in a given period.

How can I make a KPI report in QualityKick?

Making a KPI report in QualityKick is simple and intuitive. You just have to choose which module, bar/line/pie chart, and date range to include in your report and you can already start making your own customizable reports.

How safe are my KPI reports in QualityKick?

All data in QualityKick is encrypted at all times, both in transit (between your browser and the platform) and at rest (when data is stored).

QualityKick runs in the Amazon AWS cloud, which is still considered the best cloud infrastructure provider according to Gartner’s magic quadrant and complies according to a plethora of regulations. We encourage you to take a look at it here.

Each client gets its own separate database. Or actually better yet: each client gets 3 different environments (TEST, VAL and PROD) and for each environment they get a separate database. In other words, data from different clients is never sitting in the same database.

The QualityKick platform runs in a VPC (virtual private cloud), which effectively separates it from the rest of the Amazon AWS clients. In the VPC, it is divided into a 3-tier system: application servers, database servers and file storage are separated, which makes it easier to scale out automatically when demand increases and therefore ensures a speedy user-experience.

Besides the standard automated backups of client data, we use many different Amazon AWS services to ensure data integrity, application reliability and to have robust disaster recovery mechanisms in place.

Data security and data integrity are aspects that we take very seriously, as we are aware that your business depends on it. And ours too!

Can I limit user access to certain KPI reports in QualityKick?

Yes, with the Groups functionality you can configure which users have access to which reports.

Users can have access to one or more groups and documents are always placed at least in one group. Therefore, the rule is simply that a user must have access to at least one of the document's groups in order to see the document or gain access to it.

How can I migrate my KPI Reports from my current QMS system to QualityKick?

It depends on the system you are currently using and on the amount of KPI Reports you need to migrate. If you only have tens of reports then you could use the document import feature to import your reports one by one. But if you have more, we can help you to automate the process by developing an import script. Depending on the complexity of your data, we might need to charge you the development hours of this script, but it will save you loads of time.

Is there a "read-only" kind of user type?

Yes, there are 4 types of users in QualityKick: administrators, managers, regular users and read-only users. The first 3 user types can edit and participate in the approval workflow, the read-only user type can only read documents and mark them as Read&Understood.
