Sales Team Lead!

What would your job be like at Scilife?

You will be working as part of the Demand Department. You will lead the sales 
team, training, and coaching the Product Specialists to help achieve the 
company's revenue goals as a primary objective. A data-driven and continuous 
improvement mindset will be your best ally for iterating processes and reaching  peak performance. This involves collaborating to create demand (via content, social selling, events, etc.) and converting this demand into satisfied Scilife customers.

 

Your responsibilities:

    • Contributing to quarterly company revenue goals. Ensuring sales quotas 
      for the Department are reached.
    • Train new product specialists and coach the sales team.
    • Continuously fine-tuning and updating the demand conversion process.
    • Create reports. KPI’s Analysis.
    • Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the 
      Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase 
      revenue.
    • Reaching out to warm prospects.
    • Managing the sales pipeline and proactively moving prospects forward 
      until they become Scilife customers.
    • Create proposals, presentations, technical documentations, organize 
      meetings, contract negotiations.
    • Show demos of our products and finding a fit between the prospect’s pain points and our solutions.
    • Staying up to date with market trends and quality related regulations.
    • Existing partners’ management together with the Demand Manager and 
      new partnerships negotiation.
    • Collaborate with Demand generation tasks like: create content, participate in events, fairs.
    • Social Selling: Be active in Linkedin by posting regularly, connecting and 
      following prospects, and then generate conversations with them.


What you will need:

 

    • Proven experience winning B2B deals for medium/large sized companies 
      and leading sales teams for +5 years.
    • Coaching and Mentoring: Skill in coaching and mentoring sales 
      representatives to improve performance and skills.
    • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop and implement sales strategies 
      aligned with business objectives.
    • Results-Orientation: Strong drive and determination to achieve sales 
      targets and deliver results consistently.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to make 
      informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Problem-Solving: Aptitude to identify challenges and find creative 
      solutions to overcome them.
    • Willingness to work remotely 100% of your time.
    • Full professional proficiency in English, other languages are a plus.
    • Experience in Life Sciences and/or Quality Assurance is a plus.
    • Knowledge of Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator is a plus.
    • Located in Europe is a plus.
